Mount Takao
One of the things I most love about Tokyo is how easy it is to get out of the city into the countryside enough that you'd never really know there was such an enormous city nearby. This is a view from the top of Mount Takao rather than of it after I hiked up, an hour on the train to the bottom of the mountain and another hour and a bit walking up.
