I would love to say that the blurriness here was an intentional thing talking about myths being history faded from view or something (the statue is Bill Reid's The Raven and the First Man, depicting the creation story of the Haida). In actual fact it was the result of the autoexposure system in my CLE misfiring, I think due to some damp from the incredibly heavy rain that hit me on the way over to the museum managing to get into the electronics but I'm still pretty happy with the results way more than the good exposure I made just after.

This really gets the warm atmosphere at the end of the evening as I came to the end of a walk along Hangang. A bit of pollution in the air isn't ideal for everything but as with LA it can make for some gorgeous light as the sun starts to set.

Not sure if the sign is telling park users overstaying their welcome to get in the sea... probably not.

I have no idea why someone had decided to write Diego in the sand on the beach here, I guess they might've been called Diego but who knows? The technical indistinctness of the Diana really works for me here, makes it much more mysterious for much less editing.

These ships parked up just off Stanley Park were arranged at a pleasing angle and disappearing into the haze nicely. I did wish I’d brought out my 80-200mm so I could get in closer but it is quite heavy.

The protest was in Japanese so I wasn't 100% sure what the issue was but there was some street performance thing going on about what appeared to be environmental issues.

I was up very early in the morning for whatever reason, walking along South Bank when the lines and the early morning light grabbed my attention.

I love the way the film turned everything into textures here, nothing exciting going on otherwise.

Granville Street in downtown Vancouver, BC kind of has a Hong Kong vibe going on with all the neon, especially when the street is closed down and you get crowds wandering about at night.
